Items maybe shipped via USPS, UPS, Fedex, Purolator, Canada Post or whichever is the most cost-effective and appropriate for the product.
Shipping may take 5-14 business days for delivery depending on distance and mode of shipment chosen. Shipping is Monday to Friday except holidays and orders placed before 1:00PM (EST) will be ship the same day, otherwise shipping will be the next day.
Additional fee for expedited shipping when requested will be added to your cost.
We will not ship to PO Box address, APO/FPO. Some products are prohibited to ship outside Canada and US,you will be notified upon checkout of item. Please check here for Excluded Countries.
Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery address. Renewagedskin.com is not responsible for failure to deliver due to missing unit or apartment number, incorrect address given, omitted words or letters, incorrect spelling given, customer moved-out, customer on vacation, failure to claim mail and other reason as such, except incorrectly typed address from the company’s part.
If error occurred from renewaged.com we will pay for shipping fees and re-ship your products.
Please note that each shipment of these items requires an adult signature upon delivery.
All orders sold in Ontario,Canada will be charge appropriate taxes.
International orders are shipped through Postal Mail and may take 4-6 weeks. You may elect to use Fedex, additional shipping cost will incur. You will be notified of shipping cost after placing your order.
Some items may not be shipped internationally. Renewagedskin.com reserves the right to decide the International Order Fulfillment. This depends on the concerned country’s own policies and Customs Rules. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that some shipments, such as Standard International shipments, are not track able. Due to warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions, we are unable to ship all products to all geographical locations. You’ll be notified while placing your order if we’re unable to ship specific items to the address you’ve selected
As soon as your order is processed and shipped the Order Tracking info will be send through e-mail so you can track the status of your order.
Listed items are always stock and ready to ship. However, if for some reason the item is not readily available we still offer the product at a discounted cost or we will pay shipping fees whichever is less.
If product is damaged upon receipt customers must inform renewagedskin.com within 5 days. Call 1-905-494-5974 or email renewagedskin@gmail.com to obtain Return Authorization number and instruction how to return products. We may need proof and nature of damage. If damage is done on transit or packaging, we will investigate and file an insurance claim for you. Due to differences of skin acceptance and tolerance of body metabolism, effectiveness of products are not expected to be all the same. Actual results of any product may vary among users. No refund or exchange for the above reasons. Please read contents and description of product before ordering.
